What's your shipping rate?
Your shoes will be shipped from a warehouse in the United States. Free shipping over $35. The default shipping cost for orders under $35 is $9.99. The order will be delivered to you in 3~5 working days. Due to the remote warehouse area, some products may take 9~11 working days to reach your hand.
Note: Due to COVID-19, the arrival of the goods may be delayed.

Yes! Just find "JOIN OUR MAILING LIST" at the bottom of page, and fill your email address in, and you'll be added to our subscription list. You'll be sent updates, exclusive offers, and much more.
30 Days easy Return/Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
The time limit for refunds is resolved within 1-2 days, and the time limit for returns is within 1-14 working days without any handling fees. But the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost.
Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?
You can return or exchange within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
If you want to replace the goods quickly, you can send back the next new order at the same time. We will refund the old one after we receive it.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained, damage.
- Please make sure that you keep the original plastic bag with Vifuur LOGO and seal the bag.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship back your items to the Vifuur warehouse.
- Vifuur is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you leave the wrong address, please contact us immediately to change the address before we ship your order. If not, Vifuur is not responsible for wrong address offered by customer.
- Once your return is received in the warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.
- If you want to return the item, please contact email@example.com to apply for a refund.
